My approach combines somatic and nervous system regulation techniques with structured coaching tools, all adapted to the individual. In practice this includes breathwork, visualisation, EFT, reframing, and journaling prompts. Before any of that, we start with the basics that most approaches skip: sleep, hydration, nourishment, and movement. Not as lifestyle advice, but as the literal foundation your nervous system needs to feel safe enough to change. Without that base, everything else is built on unstable ground.

I always start with a free consultation so that I can find out where you are and what’s in the way right now. If we’re a good fit, we’ll talk about the best next step you can take.
