It’s not as simple as needing more discipline or continuing to try harder. Here, we work on your nervous system, where the patterns you’ve noticed are creating automatic reactions. 

 

I’m not here to replace the deep self-work you’ve already done; I’m here to make the shift finally stick. So that you don’t have to try to be different, you just are. 

 

Neuroscience coaching works directly with your nervous system, so that when we’re finished, you’re finally in control of whether you choose to: 

 

* speak up or stay quiet

* follow through or pull back

* let emotion overrun you 

* feel safe in your decisions 

Somatic Safety and Programming Awareness (S + P)

Before you can make impactful changes to your life, you have to stabilise the ground you're standing on. 

 

So we start by discovering what’s truly been driving your daily choices and reactions by going back to basics: your routines, your energy, your capacity, and the patterns beneath them. 

 

Here’s where you stop blaming yourself.

Allowing Emotions and Connection Boundaries (A + C) 

You already know what you want, you just don't like what it might cost you. 

 

So we work on staying with feelings of discomfort, guilt, the fear of being misunderstood or disappointing people. 

 

You’ll learn that instead of avoiding them, setting boundaries that are honest, not performative, is where you start choosing for yourself, at last.

Embodied Reparenting (E)

How you show up for yourself, especially in the moments where you'd usually spiral, doubt, or shut down, becomes easier. 

 

You’ll learn how to speak to yourself with clarity and steadiness, rather than with pressure or criticism, creating self-trust and swapping discipline for a relationship with yourself that actually holds.

Hi, I'm Angela!

MY STORY

I’m here as proof that change is possible. And I wan’t to show you how. 

For most of my adult life, I was doing everything "right." I worked hard, over-delivered, and built a career that looked impressive from the outside. I was reliable, competent… and completely exhausted. But no one knew, not even me. Sound familiar? Thought so. 

 

Whenever I started to feel like I was drowning, I had a strategy: change jobs, change cities, change environments. But the truth was that the  although circumstances changed, I didn't.

 

When I finally left my corporate job after almost ten years, it took five people to replace me. Five. And I spent an entire decade believing that was something to be proud of! 

 

I can’t tell you that there was one big moment. For me, it was a slow, uncomfortable realisation: the problem was never on the outside.

 

It was in the way I reacted. The way I coped. The way I kept choosing what felt safe over what I actually wanted.

 

My nervous system was fully in control. And until I worked on it - on my reactions, my automatic choices - nothing was going to shift.

 

Now, I run a coaching business, working with women who see themselves in this story. 

 

I'm a mother of two. I live in the south of France. And I've stopped pretending to have it all together.

 

Now I choose differently, from the inside out. Because real change doesn't come from knowing more, it comes from becoming someone who no longer abandons herself in the moments that matter.
